Consignment is a service that allows you to sell your pre-owned luxury items, such as designer clothing, handbags, accessories, and jewellery, through our platform. We help you find new homes for your cherished items while earning a fair resale value.

13. How Do I Deliver My Item to On Repeat? +

You can select to drop off your items or send them to us via postage. If you choose to send your item to us, we highly recommend using a reputable courier and include insurance cover.

14. What Items Are Accepted for Consignment? +

You can consign a wide range of luxury items, including designer clothing, handbags, shoes, jewellery, watches and objet.

15. How Does the Consignment Process Work and How Long Does It Take for My Item to Be Listed Online? +

Our consignment process follows these steps:

  1. You submit your items via our contact form for evaluation.
  2. Once your submission has been received, a member of our team will be in contact with you.
  3. Once accepted and your item has been received, our in-house team will authenticate, photograph, list, and market your items to potential buyers. This process can take up to 14 business days, depending on the item.
  4. When an item sells, you receive a percentage of the sale price.
16. How Do I Consign With On Repeat? +

Consigning with us is a straightforward process:

  1. Click on our Consignment Form and complete all details.
  2. Review and agree to our Consignment Agreement.
  3. Click Submit. Once received, a member of our team will be in contact with you.
  4. Be sure to include comprehensive images of the item, and make sure to emphasise any flaws or imperfections.
17. What Happens If My Item Doesn't Sell? +

If your item doesn't sell within a specified period, you have the option to either re-list it or have it returned to you.

18. What If I Change My Mind and Want My Item Returned? +

We recognise that your decisions can evolve, but we invest considerable time and effort in tasks like photographing, verifying the authenticity, and promoting your item. For this reason, we kindly request that you allow us to keep the item in our possession for a duration of nine (9) weeks to provide sufficient time for marketing and selling. Should you choose to end the arrangement prematurely, the full consignment commission charge will apply. After the nine-week period concludes, you can retrieve any unsold items at no cost.

19. How Does On Repeat Determine the Resale Value of My Item? +

The resale value of your luxury items depends on several factors, such as brand, condition, rarity, and current market demand. Rest assured, our in-house team of specialists will provide appraisals and suggest pricing strategies.

20. Is My Item Guaranteed to Sell via Consignment? +

We work diligently to market and sell your items, but there is no guarantee that every item will sell. The likelihood of a sale depends on various factors, including the item's condition, brand, and current market trends.
