Welcome to OnRepeat! We are delighted to partner with you in selling your items through our consignment program. This comprehensive guide is designed to help you understand our processes, requirements, and expectations.

1. Check What We Accept

Before consigning your items, please ensure they meet the following criteria:

A. Condition

Unused and Excellent Condition Preferred: We prefer items that are unused and in excellent condition; however, we also accept items under the following conditions:

PRISTINE: The product is in pristine condition, without any signs of wear or damage. It appears unused and in original condition.

EXCELLENT: The product is in excellent condition, displaying minimal signs of wear. The product has been well-maintained and shows no significant flaws or damage.

VERY GOOD: The product has been worn and shows signs of use. It may have minor cosmetic imperfections, including minor stains, abrasions, and scratches.

GOOD: The product is in good condition with visible signs of wear and tear. Cosmetic imperfections such as stains, abrasions, and scratches are present.

FAIR: The product is in fair condition and shows significant signs of wear and tear. Cosmetic flaws, such as stains, discoloration, abrasions, and scratches are evident.

B. BRAND

Desirable Brands: We accept a curated selection of popular and high-demand brands. Refer to our website for the most current list of accepted brands.

C. Category

We accept various categories, including but not limited to:

  • CLOTHING: Men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel (seasonal items preferred).
  • ACCESSORIES: Handbags, jewellery, belts, watches, and hats.
  • HOME DECOR: Home decor.
  • FOOTWEAR: We only accept footwear in excellent condition. If the soles are heavily worn, we request that you have new soles applied prior to sending them to us. Should we receive an article of footwear that requires sole replacement, we will inform you of this charge.
D. Seasonality

Seasonal Focus: Ensure that your items are appropriate for the current season (e.g., winter clothing in fall/winter, summer items in spring/summer).

E. AUTHENTICITY

No Counterfeits: All items must be genuine and not replicas. We do not accept counterfeit goods.

F. PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY

No Virtual Consignments: Please note that we do not accept virtual consignments. Each item must be physically held with OnRepeat during the consignment period.

2. CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

The following terms govern your consignment relationship with OnRepeat:

  • EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: OnRepeat is granted the sole and exclusive right to market and sell the presented items for the duration of this agreement. During this term, you agree not to engage any other party for the sale or marketing of these items.

  • AGREEMENT DURATION: This agreement becomes effective upon OnRepeat's receipt of the presented items and shall supersede any prior agreements. The consignment agreement is valid for twelve (12) months, with a minimum consignment period of ninety (90) days from the date the items are listed.

  • LISTING COMMITMENT: Each item consigned will be listed for the full duration of the consignment period, which is the minimum required term. Should you choose to terminate the consignment early, the full consignment commission fee will be charged.

  • RETURN OF ITEMS: Upon expiration of the consignment period, any unsold items may be retrieved by you at no additional cost. You may also request the return of any consigned item at any time during the consignment period, with return shipping fees being your responsibility.

  • INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: OnRepeat will conduct an initial inspection of the items upon receipt. Final acceptance is based on an in-person inspection by OnRepeat’s internal processing team. Any rejected items will be returned at your expense.
3. 90-Day Consignment Period

After your items are accepted, they will be available for sale for a period of 90 days. Here’s what to expect during this time:

A. PRICING

Market-Based Pricing: Items will be priced according to market trends and our pricing strategies. While you can suggest a price, final decisions are made by our team.

B. PROMOTION

Visibility: We actively promote your items on our website, through email newsletters, and across social media platforms to maximize exposure.

C. SALES REPORTING

Regular Updates: You will receive bi-weekly updates on your items, including details of sales made, remaining inventory, and any price adjustments.

D. UNSOLD ITEMS

Return or Donate: At the end of the 90-day period, unsold items can be returned to you, donated to a local charity, or extended for another consignment period based on your preference.

4. Authentication Fees

For certain items, authentication fees will apply:

These fees will be deducted from your payout when your item sells. However, if your item does not sell, the authentication fee will be payable prior to the return of the item to you. Upon return, you will also receive the authentication certificate.

5. PAYOUT STRUCTURE
A. COMMISSION RATE

Sales Commission: OnRepeat retains a commission based on the following structure for each item sold:

B. PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Payment Timeline: Payments will be processed 30 days after the sale and made to your nominated bank account. Please note that first-time payments may take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in your bank account. You will also receive an itemized statement detailing the sold items and any commission deductions.

6. Buyout Option

In certain cases, we may offer you a buyout price for your items. This option allows you to receive a lump-sum payment for your items instead of consigning them. Here’s how it works:

A. BUYOUT PRICE ASSESSMENT

Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the items you wish to sell and propose a buyout price based on their condition, brand, and market demand.

B. ACCEPTANCE OF BUYOUT

Decision: You can choose to accept or decline the buyout price. If accepted, the buyout payment will be processed immediately.

C. BENEFITS OF BUYOUT

Immediate Payment: You receive payment upfront without waiting for the items to sell.

No Consignment Period: Bypasses the 90-day consignment period, providing a quicker option for selling your items.

7. HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEMS
A. PRE-APPROVAL PROCESS

Application Form: Complete the consignment application form available on our website.

Item Details: Include descriptions, photos, and any specific notes regarding your items.

B. Supporting Documentation

To verify the authenticity and value of your items, please include the following supporting documentation when submitting your items:

Receipts or Proof of Purchase: Original purchase receipts that prove the item’s authenticity and purchase price. Or any documentation that shows you are the original owner of the item.

C. Brand Authenticity Cards

Cards or Certificates: Include any authenticity card that has been issued by the brand.

Care Instructions: Include any original care instructions or tags that came with the item.

D. Shipping/Drop-Off

Shipping: If you choose to ship your items, please package them securely. Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery. It is recommended to include insurance when shipping your items.

In-Person Drop-Off: You may also drop off your items at our physical location during business hours.

E. Documentation

Include Confirmation: Attach a copy of your approval confirmation with your items, along with any notes regarding item pricing or special requests.recommended to include insurance when shipping your items.
